Mark Hanson

Mark’s motivation and interest are to support clients in making sustainable change happen. He brings a systemic approach to his work, whether helping clients execute a growth strategy, drive a change leadership plan, or embed culture change.

He has been a consultant, facilitator, international management coach, and keynote speaker for the last 15 years, and now runs the Inuous group of companies.

Mark brings experience from Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North and South America, working with leadership teams, sales and marketing, manufacturing, HR, IT, and finance. He has taught at Harvard Business School and coached leaders in organisations including Unilever, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, British Telecom, Novartis, University College London, and SAP.

Strengths and passions

Mark is a master facilitator, keynote speaker, programme designer, and specialist in accelerated learning, cognitive behavioural development, applied neuroscience, psychology of change, and behavioural economics. He is also the designer of Coherence LAB, the first change-ready platform to support leaders to accelerate change.

Learning along the way

Lost in Transformation is the result of a three-and-a-half-year research project, 23 deep-dive interviews producing 508,987 words of transcript, and more than 1,000 leaders diagnosed during live transformations.

Beyond his professional life, Mark is a proud father of three and a proud Popou to one granddaughter.
